Gossamer provides a subscription-based financial technology platform that delivers model portfolios, quantitative signals, and structured investment guidance (“Services”).

Gossamer is a Do-It-Assisted investment platform designed to provide users with disciplined, rules-based investment frameworks, not discretionary management or personalized financial advice.

No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Relationship

Gossamer is not:

• A registered investment advisor (RIA)
• A broker-dealer
• A fiduciary
• A custodian of assets

The Platform:

• Does not provide personalized investment advice
• Does not consider your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance
• Does not execute trades on your behalf

All information provided is:

• For educational and informational purposes only
• Based on pre-defined models and quantitative systems
• Intended to support user-directed decision-making

You are solely responsible for all investment decisions.

User Responsibility

By using Gossamer, you acknowledge and agree:

• You retain full control and custody of your assets at all times
• You are responsible for:

  • Portfolio allocation
  • Tax consequences
  • Compliance with applicable laws

Gossamer does not monitor, supervise, or validate your trades.

No Guarantee of Performance

Gossamer makes no representations or warranties that:

• Losses will be avoided
• Signals will be accurate or timely

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

Subscription & Billing

Subscription Model

Access to Gossamer is provided on a subscription basis.

• Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Pricing is subject to change with notice

Free Trials

If offered:

• Trials are time-limited
• May automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

• Access continues through the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds unless required by law

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Models
• Signals
• Algorithms
• Text, graphics, and design is the exclusive property of Gossamer.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes
• Resell or redistribute any outputs

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with system performance
• Misrepresent Gossamer or its Services

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Third-Party Services

Gossamer may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., brokerages).

Gossamer:

• Does not control third-party services
• Is not responsible for their performance, security, or policies

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Gossamer disclaims all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Data accuracy

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gossamer shall not be liable for:

• Investment losses
• Lost profits
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gossamer and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

Termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
